In order to successfully cross this chasm and achieve widespread adoption, enterprises need to shift their approach to AI training and focus on role-based practice.

The training should be tailored to each role and should focus on providing employees with the tools and resources they need to succeed. Another crucial aspect of this training program is repetition. It is important for employees to have regular and consistent exposure to AI tools and techniques. By identifying and showcasing early successes of AI adoption within the enterprise, employees will be more motivated to adopt it in their own roles. This will create a ripple effect, leading to 75% or more of the enterprise’s employees embracing AI.

To sum it up, enterprises must shift their focus from info-heavy training to a more practical and hands-on approach in order to achieve widespread AI adoption. This includes providing targeted training based on specific roles, repetition, and showcasing early successes. By following this approach, enterprises can successfully cross the adoption chasm and reap the benefits of AI in their operations.

However, in order to fully harness its potential, enterprises must overcome the adoption chasm and achieve widespread adoption.
