De la Ghetto Reacts to Benito Bowl & New Single With Ñengo Flow | Premio Lo Nuestro 2026

De la Ghetto Chats with Billboard on the Red Carpet of Premio Lo Nuestro 2026

The red carpet of Premio Lo Nuestro 2026 was buzzing with excitement as some of the biggest names in Latin music arrived for the highly anticipated event. Among the star-studded guests was the talented and charismatic De la Ghetto, who took some time to chat with Billboard’s Ingrid Fajardo and Jessica Roiz. The Puerto Rican artist, known for his hit songs like “Dices” and “Caliente,” looked dashing in a black suit and had everyone’s attention as he made his way down the red carpet.

De la Ghetto’s presence at Premio Lo Nuestro was particularly special as he was nominated for several awards, including Collaboration of the Year for his song “Sube la Music” with Nicky Jam and J Balvin. As he stopped to talk with Billboard, it was evident that he was feeling grateful for the recognition and support from his fans.

“I’m beyond excited to be here tonight. It’s an honor to be nominated and to be surrounded by so many talented artists,” De la Ghetto expressed to Billboard. “I’ve been in the industry for many years and to see my hard work paying off is truly a blessing.”

As the conversation continued, De la Ghetto opened up about his latest project, an album titled “Mi Movimiento,” which was released earlier this year. The album has received a positive response from fans and critics alike, showcasing De la Ghetto’s versatility as an artist and his ability to create music that resonates with a global audience.

“It’s been an incredible journey creating this album. I wanted to explore different sounds and collaborate with some amazing artists. I’m grateful for the fans’ support and for the positive feedback the album has received,” De la Ghetto shared with Billboard.

When asked about his favorite track from the album, De la Ghetto couldn’t pick just one. “Each song on the album has a special meaning to me, but if I had to choose, I would say ‘Selfie’ featuring Zion & Lennox. It’s a fun and catchy song that always gets the crowd going.”

As the conversation shifted to the future, De la Ghetto revealed that he has some exciting projects in the works, including a possible tour and collaborations with other big names in the industry. He also hinted at his desire to continue exploring new sounds and evolving as an artist.

“I’m always looking for ways to challenge myself and grow as an artist. I have some exciting projects coming up that I can’t wait to share with my fans,” De la Ghetto teased.

As the red carpet interviews came to an end, De la Ghetto thanked Billboard for the opportunity to chat and took a moment to appreciate the significance of Premio Lo Nuestro and its impact on the Latin music industry.

“Premio Lo Nuestro has been a platform for Latin artists for many years, and it’s an honor to be a part of it. I hope to continue being a part of this incredible event for many years to come,” De la Ghetto expressed with gratitude.

With that, De la Ghetto bid farewell to Billboard and continued to mingle with his fellow artists and fans. His positive energy and passion for music were evident on the red carpet, leaving no doubt that his future projects will be just as successful and well-received as his past ones.

As the night went on, De la Ghetto’s performances and nominations were a testament to his hard work and dedication to his craft. He truly embodies the spirit of Premio Lo Nuestro and represents the best of Latin music. We can’t wait to see what he has in store for us next.
